Lineup is a competitive-intelligence tool that lets teams maintain structured competitor comparisons, generate AI-assisted drafts, check for outdated information, and share head-to-head comparison pages.
The Service is an informational tool. It does not provide professional advice, and comparison content is only as accurate as the information entered and reviewed by users.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and using the Service for business purposes.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or reject content that violates these Terms.
You retain ownership of all content you submit (“Your Content”). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process Your Content as needed to operate the Service for you — including sending it to third-party AI providers to generate drafts, and displaying it on any share links you choose to make public.
You represent that you have the right to publish any content you provide and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
You can make certain content publicly accessible through share links. You are solely responsible for content you publish, including comparisons and statements about named third parties such as competitors. You represent that such content is accurate to the best of your knowledge, lawful, and not defamatory or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish it.
The Service uses AI to draft content and flag possibly outdated information. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. It is provided as suggestions for your review, not verified facts, and should not be your sole basis for any decision. You must review AI-generated content before relying on it or publishing it.
Some features require a paid subscription.
Aside from Your Content, all features, branding, design, and code remain the property of Lineup. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content, or service availability or uptime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
The Service relies on third-party providers (hosting, payments, analytics, AI, and others described in our Privacy Policy) and may read publicly available third-party web pages for freshness checks. We are not responsible for third-party services or the accuracy of information on external pages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts in Poland.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
